Resolving client issues and concerns in partnership with service team colleagues
Interacting and communicating regularly with colleagues to ensure expected standards of service are delivered to all clients.
Maintaining a thorough understanding and knowledge of all available Aon resources.
Introducing the service team to clients as their day-to-day point of contact for ongoing service needs and ensuring smooth communication and coordination with the client.
Collaborate on establishing client service plans
Supporting client relationships in order to cultivate new business opportunities
Coordinating the efforts of technical and support staff to service clients efficiently
