Account Coordinator

 

Description:

The Account (Sales) Coordinator role contributes to the success of the Account Services team by supporting and strengthening business development through activities that support client and sales relationship management. The Account Coordinator provides administrative and general client support that enables the Account Services team to retain existing clients and pursue new business. The Account coordinator follows up on client meetings and answers product and service questions. The successful candidate delivers a range of revenue driving activities including processing and confirming client transactions, maintaining accounts information, coordinating administrative activities with internal stakeholders, and resolving administrative and operations issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a database of client contacts, opportunities, and interactions with a focus on developing existing and new partnerships in support of our retail portfolio to help cultivate incremental revenue opportunities
  • Support clients in implementing digital experience programs by participating with Account team on discovery sessions, developing program implementation plans and seeing them through to execution
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in order to deliver on business objectives, with escalation to Account Manager/Account Director as needed
  • Coordinate activities internally and with Account Managers to address client questions and issues
  • Create proposals, presentations and client presentation decks, pricing, and pitches in support of CDM and tailored to the client’s business needs
  • Plan and execute communications as required to meet client and/or team objectives.
  • Timely and accurate estimating and invoicing of client projects and development of contracts for business opportunities
  • Support and/or run effective internal and external meetings for enhancement of workflow, project efficiency, and planning


Qualifications:

  • 1‐2 yrs. experience in a similar role on a sales/client team in a digital marketing and/or media agency
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and collaboration tools
  • Sense of urgency and the ability to handle multiple projects with ease
  • Outgoing, professional, and assertive in communication with an emphasis on building and supporting client relationships
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and entrepreneurial with excellent organization and project management skills
  • Highly effective communication, interpersonal, and presentation design skills
  • Comfortable working within a cross-functional team environment, as well as collaborating with stakeholders at all levels
  • Critical thinker with the ability to solve problems resourcefully
  • Detail oriented and an aptitude for technology
  • Knowledge of digital signage, experiential and/or digital marketing, digital media or media sales would be considered an asset
