Description:
Reporting to the Manager – MAST, the Account Coordinator works to make sure that our major clients’ portfolio is accurately set up and maintained ensuring a best in class customer experience.
ACCOUNTABILTIES
- Administrative
- Account creation and maintenance;
- Maintain contractual alignment to internal systems;
- Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Billing
- Account credit and rebill support as needed;
- Billing requirement alignment on internal systems;
- Support and troubleshoot invoice submissions as needed.
- Digital
- Alignment of data feeding the customer portal and dashboard;
- Account maintenance in ADDs, MySuperior and dashboard;
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer automation;
- Submission of customer dashboards and portal requests;
- Track customer portal and dashboard engagement and enrollment;
- Identify how the portal and dashboard can support customer requirements.
- Customer Service
- Liason &/or communicate when required for any confirmations, validation with customers (internal & external)
- Create, maintain and foster collaborative relationships (internal & external)
